Combe Lancey Farmhouse is a charming 12th century manor set within its own farmland. Our tranquil location is a 20 minute drive from the historic city centre of Exeter. Dartmoor National Park can be reached in 20 minutes and Exmoor in 40 minutes; they offer a wide variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, canoeing and horse riding. The seaside town of Exmouth and its sandy beaches are a 45 minute drive away. The rooms overlook the front garden and surrounding fields, and offer access to various patios with an outdoor dining areas. Guests can enjoy table tennis, pool and table football in our games' room or go for walks in the surrounding areas. Both rooms are on the first floor. The breakfast is served in our bright breakfast room overlooking the grounds.

We love our garden and spend a lot of time there. The house and Linhay have been carefully restored and maintained. We are so close to Crediton and Sandford but it is still a very quiet spot.

We are situated in Mid Devon 1 mile from Sandford, adjacent to Crediton, close to Exeter and Tiverton, making it an ideal base from which to visit Devon's countryside, its beaches, the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor, the Two Moors Way.
