The master bedroom offers an ensuite toilet, wardrobe, & travel cot. The twin bedroom consists of two single beds and a small wardrobe. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, cooker, toaster, kettle & crockery, (including child friendly crockery). The living room is spacious with a gas fire, corner sofa with pull-out bed, dining table & TV with built in DVD player. Bed linens & towels are provided for the two bedrooms. Please note that bedding is NOT provided for the pull out sofa bed. There is one allocated parking space next to the holiday home as well as outside seating for you to BBQ if you wish. We will be on hand for anything you need throughout your stay and are happy to help with any special requests you may have to make it a positive and enjoyable experience. Pets are allowed to stay in the caravan during the off peak times March-May and September-December. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. The holiday home is situated within Rockley Park, Poole (Dorset), part of Haven Holiday Resorts. Poole is home to the world’s second largest natural harbour as well as eight miles of sandy beaches including Sandbanks which is a 15-minute drive away. The park offers a private beach with water sports facilities, heated indoor and outdoor fully lifeguarded swimming pools with slides, restaurants and bars, entertainment theatre with an extensive entertainment program, gym, spa, arcade, minigolf, sports courts, launderette and a mini-market. Play passes are not included in our price, which is for the caravan hire only. If required, these passes are obtainable from Haven reception on arrival. Passes are not required for havens bar, restaurants and amusement arcade, but are required for swimming, activities and entertainment. Rockley Park has many facilities and activities to offer during your stay (could be subject to availability) and there are plenty of must see beautiful sites which are all short driving distances from our holiday home. Beautiful beaches of Poole and Bournemouth are only 15-20 minutes drive through the town and the private beach is only 10 minutes walk down the park. Ham Common with the view of the Poole Harbour is only walking distance from our caravan. Fishing lake is just by the entry to the park.
