Meadow Rise is a comfortable, modern 3 star, two-bedroomed house with gas central heating and parking. An ideal base for touring the area and making the most of the glorious beaches. Watergate Bay is 5 miles, Newquay 7 miles and Padstow 9 miles. Up to 2 well behaved dogs would be welcome to stay. We offer crates if required and we ask that pets do not go upstairs. The property has a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is comfortable with space to relax and unwind. There is a TV withTalk talk television box to keep the whole family entertained. The conservatory is used as a dining area with table and chairs. The Conservatory leads onto the garden, you will find an additional dining/seating area on the decking and a barbeque, ideal for those long summer evenings. Upstairs, you will find one double and one twin room along with a family bathroom; this includes a WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over it. Available to rent all year round. Meadow Rise is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in St. Columb Major. Local Pubs, Tea Rooms and shops are a short walk from the property. St. Columb Major offers a range of shops and amenities, launderette, banks, dentist, hairdressers, local hardwear store along with Tea Room, Pubs, Fish and Chip Shops and a Chinese Takeaway. It has a beautiful church in the heart of the village which has regular Sunday services and is open to explore. The recreation ground also has a play area for children.
