Jacobs Cottage is located on Lower Mill Estate, a family friendly holiday estate, only a 10 minutes drive from Cirencester, the capital of The Cotswolds. The nature reserve and surrounding lakes offer a variety of water sports from open water swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. As guests of Jacobs Cottage, you will also benefit from on-site facilities, including an enclosed children’s play area, tennis courts and Mill Village’s heated shared outdoor swimming pool and sauna. Please note, this property does not have access to the on-site spa. Please also note that the hot water supply is provided by a standard house-size boiler. While it should be sufficient for your needs, there may be times when you need to use the hot water boost option to maintain a constant supply. We appreciate your understanding that the hot water is not unlimited, and we encourage mindful use. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us during your stay.
