A stunning lakeside holiday home in the award winning Lower Mill Estate, Cotswolds. Caters for 10+2 comfortably. Open plan living, fully equipped kitchen and dining facilities, lakeside decking with a 6 person hot tub and direct access to the largest lake on the estate. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (ground floor bathroom and single bedroom accessible for one wheelchair user). Access to the Estate’s facilities including spa, indoor & outdoor pools, gym, tennis, football, watersports, bar; restaurant (please note: no hens or stags allowed on Estate)
The social hub of the house is on the ground floor: open plan living and dining hub with three sets of sliding doors to soak up the views. A top of the range kitchen will keep the foodies happy. Kids can enjoy the outdoors, watch Sky Q on the 55" TV, board games or hook up on the Wi-Fi (all part of the package, including superfast fibre broadband)
When it’s time to dine, gather at the large dining table with the backdrop of lakes and a cosy wood burner, it really does set the scene for the most wonderful dining experience
An extensive decking area outside offers unfettered views across the lagoon with direct access to the water. Rain or shine, enjoy the views from the six seater hot tub, garden seating and a charcoal BBQ grill. You will also find on the ground floor a snug single bedroom along with a wet room which has been adapted with a wider entrance for easy wheelchair access
On the first floor you will find a family shower room and 3 further bedrooms: a triple bunk room, a twin and a kingsize master en-suite. Two of the bedrooms also have direct access to a private veranda with uninterrupted views of the lake. On the second floor is a king size bedroom and separate bathroom. All bedlinen and towels are provided. The bedrooms can accommodate up to x10 guests. A futon (kids only) and trundle bed (adult size) are also available, as are two travel cots, offering capacity for 10+2+2!
Lower Mill Estate
The Lower Mill Estate is a development of stunning and contemporary homes situated within a gated, managed estate comprising of woodland and meadows, crossed by three rivers and surrounded by serene lakes. There are a wide range of onsite facilities for your enjoyment, with further details and online booking links at the Estate's website. These include:
Spa: an award winning leisure complex with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a natural plunge pool, spa and gym. Access is restricted to guests with passes, these are provided for your convenience. Use of the pool and gym is inclusive, spa treatments are extra
