Beautifully Converted cosy barn conversion on two floors, sunny and bright, Private independent and self catering. Furnished traditionally with antique furniture,abd rugs, linen sheets and pillow cases, fluffy towels DOG FRIENDLY Ample parking area and south facing terrace full of flowers and plants overlooking the Malvern Hills and garden The Annexe is situated in the middle of a working family farm, no cows or sheep, only horses and hens, and guinea fowl . A small lake is nearby populated by ducks, a pair of swans . There are benches for sundowners while you watch the wildlife. Main entrance into living room with small kitchen area, (oven hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine,) and living/dining area. Separate wc downstairs. Two bedrooms on the 1st floor, one 5'6" double bed and en suite shower and wc. One twin bedroom with 3ft beds, and an adjoining bath room. PLEASE NOTE Over the Christmas period, the minimum stay is two days.

Family person, love living in the countryside and on the farm, we have no cows or sheep, only horses and dogs and family chickens. Grandchildren living near who love to go for picnics by the pond, climb trees and make log cabins in the woods. Although the Annexe is in close proximity to our house, we will not disturb, but are on hand to make your visit as happy and comfortable as possible.

The Farm house and buildings are about a mile from the nearest road, so we are fairly remote, hence peace and tranquility, and beautiful views.. Yet we are only ten minutes north of worcester, with the beautiful Cathedral, Cricket ground and racecourse. And of course the Worcester porcelain Museum and Commandery. There are lots of very good pubs and eateries nearby, and an excellent Thai restaurant and takeaway in the village. Public transport not to be relied on, you will need a car.
