Self-contained annexe with its own entrance. This is 1820 built barn conversion. The property has ample grounds with lawns and grassed areas with uninterrupted panoramic views. You can greet and feed our friendly Pigmy goats, also you can find highland cattle and horses in the fields next to the cottage. Occasionally you can see deer in the open fields. It’s a perfect sanctuary to hideaway or for the more adventurous traveller to explore Scotland major cities Glasgow and Edinburgh. More guest reviews can be read on Airbnb website as well.
For 1 or 2 guests access will be given to the main bedroom with ensuite. For more than 2 guests additional access will be given to the twin bedroom and main bathroom. All guests will have access to the living room and kitchen. Guests have access to front, side and rear garden.
Very quite semi rural location with local convenience store 15 mins walk away and ASDA super market in 3.5 miles away. Local Indian and Chinese takeaways offer delivery service. Local Pubs and restaurants are available within 3 miles. We live next door in case if any help required.
Property is located between Edinburgh (27 miles) and Glasgow (20 miles) with excellent motorway links to the M8. Shotts Train Station is just a 6 minute drive from the property. M & D's Scotland's Theme Park & Amazonia, Strathclyde Country Park are just 12 miles away. Cambusnethan Woodlands is 8 miles away.
