Country View Place is an entire guest house, set on a half acre plot in the beautiful Essex countryside. The guest house is detached from the main residence and has its own private entrance via its own courtyard. The property benefits from secure gated parking in our large driveway and you have the benefit of accessing and enjoying the main garden, which is home to our free range chickens and our flock of 'fancy garden doves'. The property is self catering. The guest house is generous in size and is fully fitted throughout. It has a full size living room, kitchen and shower/toilet room downstairs, and the entire upstairs comprises of a large bedroom space, overlooking the garden and farmers fields from the windows at either end. Self check-in is the default here, but I can greet you upon arrival if I'm available. There is a mini-bar inside for you to help yourself to (at additional cost). We hold an alcohol license for our on site Florist, so other drinks options can be purchased upon request, as well as flowers if you would like a bouquet left inside ready for your arrival. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (please select the pet option when booking, or contact me to arrange payment separately), all pets must be FULLY housetrained and must be well behaved for the safety of our chickens, doves and our own dog.

My partner and I, run a small Florist shop, which is also located on the grounds of our home. You may see us around, so come and say hello! We love the countryside and the nature it brings. If you enjoy bird watching, there is a lot of birdlife to be seen from the property itself, as well at the many coastlines and woodlands nearby.

Tendring Village, where the property is located in one of a patchwork of small rural and semi rural villages in the North Essex area. There is a strong farming heritage here and you will enjoy picturesque drives through the beautiful, winding country roads in the area. There are several beaches within a short 10-20 minute drive too, some with attractions for visitors and other that are more quite and perfect for a relaxing walk along the beach.
