Perfectly placed for exploring: The South Downs National Park Brighton & Hove Worthing seafront Goodwood events Arundel Castle Sussex countryside and vineyards Walking and cycling routes The property is designed to be practical, relaxing, and a great base for both work and leisure stays. Please note, this apartment is on the second floor and no lifts are available. The large garden is a shared facility, please respect the neighbours, BBQs are allowed if properly supervised.

It offers independent shops, pubs, cafés, countryside walks, and a friendly community atmosphere. Guests love the balance of countryside calm with easy access to Brighton, the coast, and London connections. The area is especially popular for: Walking and hiking Cycling Historic villages Food pubs and cafés Coastal visits Goodwood and local events Wilton Park and business visitors You can walk to local shops, pubs, and cafés easily, while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxed setting.
