Cranborne House is a lively accommodation block which is home to 500 residents giving it a warm community feel. As well as being right next to the main gateway building, local amenities, the beach, and Bournemouth's town centre are all within walking distance. Should you choose to head further afield for the day, or even the weekend, there are convenient transport links nearby as well as Bournemouth train station. Disclaimers: - To avoid any confusion, we kindly ask that all guests read the information below carefully before confirming your booking. (We promise this will help you prepare for your stay and answer most of your questions!) Thank you! For check-ins from Jan 1–Jun 30 and Sept 1–Dec 31, only students are accepted. After booking, you must submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, or Acceptance Letter through our guest portal for verification. Failure to provide valid student documentation may result in cancellation under our cancellation policy. - For bookings with checkin between Jul 1st - Aug 31st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes. - Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are welcome only during the summer period (Jul 1st – Aug 31st). If you’re unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please reach out to confirm availability before reserving. - We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, we will be unable to complete the check-in, and the booking may be cancelled in line with policy. - Any reference to a kitchen or images of a kitchen refers to the apartment units offered. Ensuites do not have access to any kitchen areas. - All photos, floor plans, and descriptions are provided for illustrative and indicative purposes only. Getting around the city is no problem from Cranborne House since there is a bus stop conveniently placed just outside. If being walking distance from the University, beach, and city centre weren’t enough, you can always travel quicker and further with these services. The multitude of sights, sounds, and experiences available in the city gives it an indescribable quality and atmosphere that you won’t want to miss.
