A beautiful grade II listed Georgian family home within walking distance of local amenities including a supermarket, restaurants, a weekly farmers market, butchers, bakers, cafe and shops. A short drive to the peaceful Shropshire countryside, with a bus stop close by and train station within walking distance too. Both the picturesque town of Shrewsbury and the market town of Whitchurch are within 10 miles, making this a great place to come and explore!

Wem is a small market town with great bus and train links nearby. The town has many local, independently own amenities such as a butchers, supermarket, florist, hair and beauty salons and a vets etc. It is within a half an hour drive from the beautiful medieval Shrewsbury, Ellesmere and Whitchurch.
