We are Sarah and Chris Betteridge. We have been operating Holidays in Croyde Ltd, exclusively in Croyde for over 20 years . Starting small, renting out our own properties, and over the years gathering a collection of properties owned by family, friends, and new friends. Sarah loves helping people find the perfect holiday home for their treasured get always. She is always on the end of the phone if you need advice or help during your stay. Chris is a builder and works with our owners to maintain their properties and ensure they are ready for each new guest that walks through the doors. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen diner, with views to the rear of the property, is ideal for informal lunches and casual dining. A formal separate dining area is perfect for celebrating that special occasion with friends and loved ones. The ground floor also offers a cosy living room with log burning stove a great place to chill out on a cooler evening. The additional sun room to the front offers far reaching views across the village and out to the Atlantic Ocean. The perfect spot for an early morning coffee or a moment of reflection. The second master bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor. This spacious comfortable room is a cosy retreat for a cheeky afternoon nap or a lazy lie in. A separate WC and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the ground floor accommodation. The stunning master bedroom has its own balcony with views to the sea, ideal for watching the sun go down before retiring for a restful night sleep. The en-suite bathroom completes the master suite. With a further three bedrooms two with en-suite bathrooms each with showering facilities complete the first-floor accommodation, so there is plenty of room for both friends and family. The outside space at Croft House is breathtaking. With patio areas to both the front and the rear you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to firing up the BBQ and eating alfresco! A large, grassed area to the rear is large enough for a lively game of cricket. If you are looking for a more relaxing experience, sink into the large hot tub and ease both your muscles and your mind.
