We are Sarah and Chris Betteridge. We have been operating Holidays in Croyde Ltd, exclusively in Croyde for over 20 years . Starting small, renting out our own properties, and over the years gathering a collection of properties owned by family, friends, and new friends. Sarah loves helping people find the perfect holiday home for their treasured get always. She is always on the end of the phone if you need advice or help during your stay. Chris is a builder and works with our owners to maintain their properties and ensure they are ready for each new guest that walks through the doors. During your stay you will regularly see both Chris and Sarah out and about, so do stop to chat and let us know how you are getting on.

Whether you are looking for an extended family holiday or somewhere to celebrate a special occasion with friends, Croyde Barn is a great choice. There are four bedrooms, each ensuite, with ample storage and their own TV's. Three of the bedrooms can be set up as twin rooms if this would be preferred,and help with sleeping arrangements. The ground floor has an open plan feel. Chill out on the sofa in the lounge- really you must, its huge! Grab some 'you time' and spend a peaceful afternoon stretched out with a good book, good coffee and a sweet treat or gather the troops for a good natter, an afternoon aperitif and some quality time together. Your turn to cook? Don’t worry you won’t be alone! The exceptionally well-equipped kitchen is in the heart of the home, making it easy to be a part of the conversation whilst you prepare the meal. Not in the mood to cook? Then take a wander out of the front door and the only decision you will have to make is which of the numerous eateries in the village to try first! If you are eating in, spend an evening around the dining table engaged in lively and noisy debate, or if you prefer head outside, fire up the BBQ and eat together under the warmth of the setting sun. A wrap around deck forms the lower level of the outside area, a lovely space to enjoy the hot tub, or grab a few rays. Up a few steps you will find a lawned area, great for the kids if they want to burn off any extra energy. The outside space is fully enclosed with a stone wall, affording you both privacy and security. This exceptional home is the perfect base to gather all of your loved ones together for that unforgettable break.
