CROYDE BAYWATCH - OVERVIEW Baywatch is a luxurious 5-star detached home in the heart of Croyde Bay, offering spacious accommodation for up to 11 guests. Just a five-minute walk from the vibrant village centre, you'll find the iconic Thatch Pub, ice cream parlours, surf shops, restaurants, and a deli. Croyde Beach is nearby, with Saunton, Putsborough, and Woolacombe within easy reach. Perfect for families or groups seeking a stylish coastal getaway. LIVING AREAS Baywatch boasts two separate lounges for flexible family living. The main living room has large sofas, a wood-burning stove (logs not included), and a Smart TV with Netflix. French doors open onto a sunny deck with a luxurious hot tub. The second lounge serves as a children's snug with PlayStation 4, sound system, DVDs, and games. Underfloor heating keeps the ground floor cosy, and superfast fibre broadband is included. KITCHEN & DINING The open-plan kitchen connects to the dining area and conservatory. A large dining table seats 11, with matching tableware. Appliances include an American-style fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and cafetière.
