WELCOME TO PEACH COTTAGE Peach Cottage is a cosy, chalet-style bungalow tucked away in the quiet cul-de-sac of Leadengate Fields, Croyde. Just a short walk from the village centre, you’ll find friendly pubs, restaurants, surf shops, and boutiques. The golden sands of Croyde Beach are only minutes away—perfect for families, surfers, or anyone seeking a coastal retreat. LIVING AND DINING AREA The open-plan space is bright and welcoming, with large windows and patio doors opening to the garden. The lounge has two comfy sofas, an armchair, flatscreen TV with BT TV (HD sports), Freeview, DVD player, stereo, and a well-stocked bookcase. The dining table seats six with wicker chairs—great for meals or board games. Fast BT Infinity Wi-Fi is included. KITCHEN AND UTILITY ROOM The kitchen features mid-oak cabinets, black granite-effect worktops, ceramic hob, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster—fully equipped for home cooking. The utility room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, and garden access. BEDROOMS Sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Light oak double bed, built-in wardrobe, flat-screen TV with DVD, and en-suite with walk-in shower and chrome fittings. Bedroom Two: Twin beds, garden views, wardrobe, bedside table, and chest of drawers. Bedroom Three: Single bed with pull-out trundle, louvered wardrobe, flat-screen TV with DVD, and views over the green. BATHROOMS Two bathrooms: Family bathroom: White suite with shower over bath, grey tile-effect floor, and cheerful lemon-yellow walls. En-suite: Modern, bright, with sleek white tiles and walk-in shower. GARDEN AND OUTDOOR SPACE The enclosed lawned garden is perfect for relaxing or letting kids play safely. Beyond the gate is a large communal green for games or picnics. Private parking for two cars is available. EXTRAS AND PET POLICY Optional extras include a high chair and travel cot (free), bath towels, and the option to bring a dog for a fee.
