CROYDE SEAGRASS - PROPERTY OVERVIEW Seagrass is a bright, single-level holiday home in a peaceful elevated position, just a short walk from Croyde village and the famous sandy beach. Ideal for families, couples, or friends, the property sleeps up to 6 guests with two comfortable bedrooms, a double sofa bed, beautiful sea views, an enclosed garden, and plenty of parking. Enjoy nearby village pubs, cafes, and surf shops within walking distance, and explore the stunning coastline with ease. A footpath provides direct beach access, and a Putsborough Beach parking permit is included - offering added convenience for days out at Putsborough, Saunton Sands, or Woolacombe. LIVING AREA The open-plan lounge and dining area features two generous sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), a Smart TV, and WiFi. A wooden dining table by the large picture window seats 4, making the most of the sea and dune views. KITCHEN The modern kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and all essential pots, pans, crockery, and utensils. A washing machine is also included.
