CROYDE SURFSUP OVERVIEW Croyde Surfsup is a beautifully refurbished, detached dormer bungalow located in a peaceful cul-de-sac just moments from the vibrant heart of Croyde village and a short stroll to the golden sands of Croyde Beach. Designed with style, comfort, and practicality in mind, this spacious home sleeps up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. LIVING AREA Step inside to a welcoming entrance porch leading to a large open-plan living space, combining the lounge, dining area, kitchen, and breakfast nook. The main living area features comfortable sofas, a Danish wood-burning stove with a floor-to-ceiling log store, and a flush-mounted 55” Smart TV with Sky and Netflix. Bifold doors open to the secluded front garden, while additional doors lead to the rear. KITCHEN The sleek granite-topped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stools, integrated appliances, and a rear garden view. The adjacent utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a second fridge. BEDROOMS There are five stylish double/twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 1: Standard double bed with ample storage and quadrant shower en-suite. Bedrooms 2-5: Twin or super king setups, each with Smart TV and modern en-suite shower rooms. Please confirm bed configurations when booking. OUTDOORS The front lawned garden offers cushioned rattan seating, while the enclosed rear garden includes a teak dining table, sun loungers, Weber BBQ, and hot tub. An outdoor hot shower is ideal for rinsing off sandy wetsuits. Parking for up to 4 cars is available directly outside the property.
