The cottage is an late 1920s building which was used by Richard Smith, a painter as his studio. It is interior designed with many original art deco pieces and theme. The property has well equipped kitchen and the host will be happy to help if there is a particular request. Basic breakfast products are left in the kitchen for the guests first morning. The cottage has been renovated with environment in mind, using sustainable, up cycled and recycled materials, most up to date electric heating technology and adaptations have been made to welcome wheelchair users. These include wide door frames, ramps, one of the basins in the bathroom is disabled friendly as is comfort toilet and a shower chair. There are bed aids which can be brought on request. The location is in the grounds of Kellaways House, a listed 18th century house in a peaceful Wiltshire Hamlet. The cottage has its own small garden with patio, guests have the use of BBQ and Fire Pit on request. Guests have the use of extensive grounds of the House.

Agnieszka lives in the Kellaways house with her two young sons , three cats and two bunnies. She moved to the village after living and working in London. She loves travel ,reading, history and art and has been welcoming guests for over 7 years. She lets the guest to choose how they would like to communicate and how much interactions they like. She is very happy to tell the guests more about the house history and make the local recommendations.

East Tytherton is a lovely , small hamlet in the Wilshire countryside, surrounded by fields and close to many walking paths. This is a tranquil location, where life is slow and simple. We have an award winning Maud Heath Vineyard in the village, well worth visiting and tasting the great wines produced there. There are a number of lovely countryside pubs within easy reach ( Agnieszka may give you a lift when requested earlier) often serving meals using local ingrediets. Langle Tap, in Langley Burrell, The Dump Post in Bremhill offering the view over the valley and one of the famous Whiltshire White Horses and the Rising Sun in Chriatian Malford are the nearest three. The locatio is perfect for short drive day trips, some of the highlights of the area are: Castle Coombe ( including racing track), Laycock Abbey ( Home of the inventor of the first camera, Location of Harry Potter movies and many more historical dramas), Badmington, Cotswalds, Avebury, where you can walk amongs the stone circles and visit the manor house, Stone Henge and Salisbury , Westonbirt Arboretum , Bowood House to mention but a few
