Comfortable seating, ambient lighting and a cosy inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove make this the perfect place to relax. A large TV provides digital channels and catch up viewing & there’s a Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. The dining area looks out onto the south facing, sunny courtyard with mature beach hedges providing complete privacy. The open staircase leads off the dining area where the first floor provides a large double bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage space. Across the road from the property there is access into The Deneholme woodlands with waterfalls in Philip Burn that leads to the River Allen, this lovely local walk through Deneholme Woods brings you back to the village.
