This lovely apartment is in a quiet residential area in a sought after location. Two apartment types (sea facing and street view). Close to the beach and an easy stroll to town centre. Full use of leisure facilities such as indoor heated pool, Outdoor heated pool (Seasonal), well equipped gym, sauna, steam room and massage chair. Bar and Restaurant onsite. Use of lounges with views of the subtropical gardens and the sea. Free WIFI and onsite parking. Minimum rental period 28 days Rate includes Service Fee and all utilities INCLUDING GAS AND ELECTRIC Also available is a Double studio and a 2 Bedroom Apartment
