We aim to make your stay with us comfortable & stress free. Sorry to be boring but here are a couple of house rules: This is a non-smoking or vaping property and a charge will be made for cleaning if the property smells of smoking or vaping. Vaping indoors sets off the fire alarms. Unfortunately there are no parties or events allowed at this property. No drugs to be consumed in or on the property. We do not accept bookings from the Council / local authorities / associations. Where we live in a quiet residential area and want to keep friends with our neighbours so we ask for quiet between 10pm and 8am. All sleeping must be done in the beds. Sleeping on the sofa is not permitted. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a single bed. Please do not bring air mattresses for extra guests. Please do not wear your outdoor shoes in the property. There is a large porch for storing shoes. Bring your slippers are get cosy. Unfortunately this property unsuitable for pets. The minimum stay with us is two nights but this may increase during peak times. Due to the cost of electricity, electric vehicles cannot be charged at the property. There are plenty of fast charging points in Blandford including M&S, Morrisons, and Tesco carparks. Also no portable heating devices can be used. Thank you for reading this. A home-from-home stay in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood with good road links to the coast, Shaftesbury & Dorchester, all a 30 minute drive. Walk to the town's pubs, shops & restaurants. Perfect for couples, families & business travellers. Off road parking for your car is available on the shared driveway and there is ample, free street parking too. Please park to the right hand side of the driveway, as the left hand space is for the annexe. This is sometimes rented and sometimes occupied by us. If you need anything please ask.
