Recently refurbished throughout, the home offers comfortable accommodation all on one level, with six bedrooms, five en-suite shower rooms and an additional communal shower room, providing plenty of privacy and convenience for larger groups. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, designed for socialising and relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen includes two ovens, two four-ring hobs, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and everything needed for a self-catering stay. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt and pepper are also provided. The dining table seats 8 guests, with a further 4 seats at the breakfast bar. French doors open onto a private balcony and large garden, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor space for dining, relaxing and enjoying the fresh Sussex air. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed and an en-suite. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 6 each have a 4ft double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and is located opposite the communal shower room. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. One of the property's standout features is its excellent parking. The private driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles, with additional unrestricted parking available outside. Vans are welcome, and no permits are required.
