ID Verification: As part of our booking policy for last minute reservations (within 24 hours of check-in), ID verification is required before we can send the remaining information for your stay. We are unable to access any ID verification completed directly through the booking platform, as this is handled separately by them and restricted in line with data privacy rules. For this reason, we carry out our own verification process to confirm the names and ages of all attending guests. After booking, guests can send their IDs either through the inbox/message thread of their booking or through our check-in form. If there are any issues sending them through the platform, we can also provide an email option after the booking has been confirmed. A passport or driving licence is accepted. For privacy, you may cover sensitive details such as barcodes, signatures, or ID numbers, as long as the guest’s name and age/date of birth remain visible.
