The property is a static caravan on the popular Cayton Bay Park Dean resorts site. We are welcoming of pets and the site allows up to 2 dogs to stay in the caravan. There are further amenities on the site such as a pool, Bar, Amusements take aways and other on site activities, but to access these facilities you will need to purchase passes from the site reception, prices vary on the time of year so it is advised to check with reception. We have created a guide folder with some local information located in the caravan.
We the owners lived in the neighbouring village from 1988 until 2022 and moved away due to work commitments, this caravan allows us the chance to come back and visit friends and local amenities. as such we are happy to provide any local knowledge which may be useful during your stay, we have tried to include this in a local guide book/folder, always happy to add to this if there is something we may have forgotten. We rent the caravan to try and cover some of the running costs, so we try to make it feel homely and welcoming.
Cayton Bay is located roughly between the popular seaside towns of Scarborough and Filey. The village of Cayton is a short walk/drive away and has a few convince shops, a post office, a sports and social club, the Starr inn pub and the farrier bar and restaurant.
