Driftwood House is an immaculately presented and spacious three bedroom townhouse in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. Spread across three floors, boasting a courtyard garden and off road parking, offers an excellent location and convenience without compromising on space. Master bedroom The master bedroom features a king size bed, chest of drawers and hanging space alongside an ensuite with shower, sink, heated towel rail and WC. Family bathroom Also located on the first floor, the family bathroom has a bath, with overhead shower, sink, heated towel rail and WC. We will provide towels and complimentary mini toiletries for use during your stay. Kitchen/Lounge The lounge diner has a three seater leather sofa and dining table which can accommodate four people and can also double up as a workspace if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, integrated fridge with freezer space and other small appliances. Bedrooms 2 and 3 The third floor of Driftwood House offers two further bedrooms, each equipped with bedside tables and space to store clothes. Bedrooms two and three feature double beds. WC Located on the third floor, for the convenience of bedrooms 2 and 3. Courtyard garden The garden to the side of the property is accessible via a gate and steps. Beautifully presented with a paved patio and raised planter area. Parking Parking for 1 vehicle in front of ground floor door.
