Drumnacree House is a large, welcoming country home designed for group stays, whether you’re planning a golf trip, family gathering, or a relaxed Scottish escape. The property comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, along with a wet room and additional bathrooms, offering added accessibility and convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms, four of which are ensuite, including one with its own private terrace space. At the heart of the home is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen featuring an Aga, conventional oven, and adjoining pantry, ideal for catering for larger groups. There are two generous reception rooms, both with large dining tables, providing plenty of space to gather, dine, and unwind, alongside a cosy open fireplace. Drumnacree is well set up for guests travelling with dogs, with a dedicated dog wet room and thoughtful supplies provided to make their stay comfortable too. Outside, there’s a large garden area to enjoy, along with ample private parking for multiple vehicles and an electric car charger. To enhance your stay, we can also help arrange private chefs, entertainment, kilt hire, and bespoke Scottish experiences. Located in the charming village of Alyth, you’ll have two local golf courses nearby, with the renowned Blairgowrie Golf Club just a short drive away. Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring both the Highlands and the Borders.

Within Alyth, you’ll find a selection of local amenities including a Co-op for essentials, as well as The Alyth Hotel and the Airlie Street Bar for a quiet drink. For dining, both The Alyth Hotel and Strathmore Golf Club offer great options nearby. For larger shops, Tesco in Blairgowrie is the closest supermarket, and grocery deliveries can easily be arranged directly to the property. Alyth is ideally located for exploring Scotland, offering easy access to Perth, Dundee, and the Cairngorms, while still providing a peaceful base to return to at the end of the day.
