Peaceful private bedroom in quiet cul-de-sac, in a centrally located house. Located just off Leith Walk, I offer 2 clean and peaceful rooms with a queen sized beds, one in a cute attic and the other with garden views, and aa baby cot minutes from excellent shops, restaurants, pubs and the airport tram. Note this is a homestay, not a hotel or guesthouse - but your party of guests will be staying there. Also walking distance to Waverley Station, Calton Hill, and downtown attractions, Leith shore, and many parks and interesting streets.

The neighbourhood is quiet and there are several nice parks close by. Since I live on a cul-de-sac, there are often children playing on the street, cats roaming about, and it is very peaceful. It is hard to imagine it is a 6-7 minute walking to the bustling Leith Walk, and 20 minutes to Waverley Train Station and Princes Street!
