The History of Quay Set up in 2006 by husband and wife team, Helen and Duncan, with just five properties, Quay’s portfolio now comprises over 120 properties. From our base in Poole Old Town, we provide a comprehensive full-management service. Our meticulous cleaning crew and knowledgeable maintenance team take the stress out of holiday letting for homeowners and ensure our guests enjoy a consistently high-quality service. All our properties offer a home-from-home experience, evidenced by the many satisfied guests who return year after year. Your Quay to relaxation Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly. All properties are provisioned with crisp linen and fluffy towels, including beach towels and a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits and nuts is provided. In the fridge, you will also find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival.

Three-bedroom park home with balcony situated on Rockley Park, on the shores of Poole Harbour. Within a short walk of the beach where there are lots of watersports activities and Ham Common nature reserve - a fantastic holiday location. 38ft mobile park home. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Double doors to balcony area. Main bedroom (4ft 6in Standard double bed) with ensuite toilet and sink. Second bedroom (2x small single beds or can be pushed together to make a double). Third bedroom (2x small twin beds). Bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Outside are table and chairs and situated in a pretty 'garden' area. Rockley Park facilities - Please note the park passes are not included in the price of the accommodation. Park passes for entertainment, facilities and on-site restaurants are available to purchase directly from Rockley Park. Prices are available on request. Passes can be purchased for durations from Monday to Friday / Friday to Monday / or Saturday to Saturday. Passes can be purchased directly from Rockley reception or up to four weeks in advance (Rockley will require a code issued via Quay Holidays). Facilities include indoor swimming pool, outdoor seasonal swimming pool (pre-booking required), restaurants, including Papa John's Pizza and Fish and Chips, amusement arcade, live entertainment lounge, mini-market and launderette. (Park facilities are closed from 4 Nov to 15 March). Parking - Two car spaces. Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryer. Technology - Flat screen television. DVD player. WIFI. Kitchen - Slimline dishwasher, gas oven / gas 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer top box, microwave and washer / dryer. Restrictions - No smoking. One dog permitted. Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
