Property info

We are a family run business and we love to give a warm & friendly welcome all our guests. All our en-suite bedrooms offer comfort and relaxation after a long day of travelling or sightseeing. We have a variety of rooms to cater for all your requirements from single, double, twin rooms and family rooms. All our rooms are provided with Free Wifi, hospitality trays with a selection of teas, coffee & biscuits, Tv & hair dryer. We are a ROOM ONLY establishment, so we do not do breakfasts but we do provide porridge pots or croissants in all our rooms. However if you do want to venture out to enjoy a breakfast there are many cafe's/restaurants close by in Perth to enjoy, all within 10 min walk.Also we have made an agreement with a restaurant which is only 1 mile up the road which entitles our guests a 20% discount off your total breakfast bill. We have many guests who have used this offer and the feedback we have had is that the breakfasts are excellent. So if you are after a warm welcome and a comfy stay look no further, we look forward to welcoming you to the Dunallan Guest House.
