Outside, there is an enclosed shared front patio with furniture and private driveway parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome charged at 15 per pet. Sorry, no smoking. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming Dutch 1. Note: There is an exit/entrance at the back of the property that has stairs. Please Note: The dressing room doubles as a children's bedroom and has the cloakroom inside. Only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children AGED 12 AND UNDER. Owner has a 250 GHB Please note only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, due to the bed setup. The property accepts 2 dogs and charge 15 per dog. Off road parking for two cars.
