The most frequent and warming feedback from our guests is that staying in our beach house doesn't feel like being on a self catering holiday. It feels like being at home with all it's creature comforts but with the added pleasure of being a stones throw from a glorious sandy beach flanked by grassy dunes and clean sea. Providing 3 large bedrooms. 2 superking and 1 triple bunk room. A day bed can also be made up, accommodating 8 guests. 2 en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, wine fridge, nepresso machine, smeg hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Tea, coffee and dry goods are also provided. The living space has 2 super comfortable sofas and an Eames recliner with foot stool. For winter days by the sea there is a woodburner. for entertainment at home there's a large Sky glass televison, Old school collection of DVD's and CD's, lots of board games, books and magazines. Balconies off every bedroom. A ground floor patio area with large outdoor dining, gas and charcoal bbq's. All beds are freshly made up and towels provided. The house has all the warmth and design features you'd expect from a home featured in coast magazine.

Camber is a one off gem blessed with nearly 3 miles of golden sand, clean and shallow water. Just a short walk over the sand dunes and you are on the best part of the beach. The sheltered village of Camber has shops and all the local amenities geared to life by the seaside. There are some lovely local eateries very close to the house. A short drive to beautiful Rye which is steeped in history. It's home to a myriad of art, curiosities and cosy pubs, as well as contemporary restaurants serving the best Sussex has to offer, from land and sea.
