Modern and very clean in a quiet location, just a short walk to the Royal Mile, Palace and Holyrood. Free on-site private parking and newly refurbished kitchen and shower room (January 2025). All extras like larder items, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, foil etc provided free.
This beautifully modern apartment has a lovely comfortable homely feel to it. Heating in all rooms makes it a cosy apartment to relax. There's a spacious living room with comfortable seating and dining table, a smart TV. There is also a separate full size kitchen with fridge/small freezer and washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The newly refurbished shower room has a walk in shower shower and a heated towel rail.
Large spacious wardrobe in the bedroom with a UK king-size bed (called a Queen size in the USA) with a quality Sealy pocket sprung mattress and dressing table.
I live in Edinburgh and decided to buy this apartment to let out as it is in such a great central location. I give full attention to detail to make sure my guests have everything they need and prepare the apartment well between guests visits. Check in time is by 21:00 (9pm) so please don't book if you have a late flight or train.
Fancy having royalty as neighbours? This fantastically located central apartment is almost next door to The Palace of Holyroodhouse, the King's residence whilst in Scotland. Across the road from the Palace is the Scottish Parliament Building and Dynamic Earth. From there, a short stroll up the Canongate leads to the High Street where at the top you will find the famous Edinburgh castle (this street from the Palace to the Castle is known as the Royal Mile) . The accommodation is also within walking distance of most of the fringe and festival venues and the shopping area of Princes Street.
Situated at the edge of Holyrood Park, the apartment is well located for access for walks, runs, cycling and climbing to the top of 'Arthur's Seat' the extinct volcano. The view from the top is well worth the climb and we have provided binoculars for your use.
