Best suited for couples/adults. As name suggests it has panoramic stunning views starting with Haldon Hills sweeping to the Exe Estuary. Located on a small quiet site, but only a few minutes from Dawlish Warren known for the sandy beaches. Excellent amenities nearby including Pubs, Restaurants, shops and takeaways. You can enjoy outdoor eating on the decking as ample space for sunbathing or just relaxing with a drink sitting enjoying the views. Your doggie companion is welcome by arrangement. Close to a train station and bus routes. The main bedroom is a double with a velux, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom can be 2 x singles or 1 x double. Other bathroom has walk in shower. In the well equipped kitchen is an American Fridge Freezer with ice and cold water on tap.

Maddy, your host is a local and available to advise on activities in the area which might interest you. There is information in the lodge about the local area and general info for your stay.

Within the immediate location is the sandy beach plus walks around the sand dunes in Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve. Sea Wall walk into Dawlish to survey the work completed by the Orange Army! On the famous railway line which is still ongoing
