Newly refurbished apartment just steps away from of one of Devon's largest beaches. Cockle Beach offers uninterrupted and breathtaking sea views from the bedroom and from the bay windows in the living area. Located on the seafront just footsteps away from the marina, ferry points, restaurants and bars as well as walking distance to Exmouth's renowned watersports activity centre.<br />Just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where you will find excellent train and bus links.
