Farm House consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining seating, plus a snug with an open fire and air hockey table, two sitting rooms with Smart TV, one with a sofa bed, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The seven bedrooms include a six king-size rooms and one bunk bed, some with en-suite bathrooms, serviced by a bathroom, shower room, and cloakroom. You'll find a shop and river in 0.7 miles, and a pub in 2.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a spacious garden with a patio, furniture, and a swimming pool. All of this awaits at Farm House, a spectacular setting for group holidays in the heart of East Sussex. Note: Swimming pool is cleaned year-round but only heated from May to September. Please note Goodhouse keeping bond of 750GBP. Note: no stag/hen or similar parties allowed. PLEASE NOTE: A nearby property, Red House Common View, which is owned by the same owners, is also available for larger group bookings at an additional cost. One highchair and cot are provided and can be shared between both properties, with further items available upon request.
