The Annexe is a quirky barn conversation, completely self contained. It has central heating, a fully fitted kitchen and modern appliances including a washing machine, and is a cosey retreat space, suitable for one person or a couple. The bedroom has a queen sized double bed, it is a bunk style fitted double, and there is a significant step up. It is therefor not suitable for someone with mobility issues. There is storage for surfboards and bicycles, plus private patio area with a bbq, and a distant sea view from the upstairs window. There is shared garden.

The host lives in the neighbouring cottage and has lived in the area for many years, and has comprehensive knowledge of the local footpaths and cycling routes, and also has a history involved in watersports.

The annexe is a few minutes walk from the village centre of Croyde and the beach. There is immediate access to footpaths to Saunton and Putsborough beach, and there are many cycle tracks and routes within close range. Exmoor is a 30 minute drive away.
