Welcome to Ferny House. We are a boutique house situated on Blackpool Promenade half way between the Tower & Pleasure Beach within walking distance to & from local amenities & fabulous attractions. Our rooms each have their own personality to make for a truly memorable as well as comfortable stay. Please note : We provide details for Self Check in via text message from 1pm the day before your arrival.

Ferny House is designed & commissioned by local artists for you to enjoy. The Bells have continued to run the hotel for over 50 years, boasting a rich tapestry of seaside history from housing football teams from across the UK to hosting International pioneers of Disco & House Music when they were either performing or making work in Blackpool. With a reputation for throwing wild fancy dress parties in the 70's & 80's Ferny House has a history of being a social hotspot. You can almost feel the years gone by, the voices of souls singing to the jukebox echoing in the atmosphere of our seaside sometimes party house. We host two main party events each year for a quieter stay please do check dates with us prior to booking.

We are situated 10 minutes walk from The Pleasure Beach & Blackpool Tower.
