Located just 15 minutes’ drive from the picturesque Colwyn Bay, this charming, family-run, Grade II listed building dates back to 1706 and features 2 acres of private grounds. It has striking Gothic-style features, an honesty bar, free internet and free parking. Rooms at Ffarm Country House are elegant and traditionally furnished, and each benefits from a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and an private bathroom with bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. Some rooms are ideally catered for families and there is a luxury ground floor room for guests with mobility issues. Evening meals can be arranged and range from simple meals to fine dining - please contact the property to make a reservation and discuss menu options. The area that surrounds Ffarm Country House is perfect for walking and cycling, and you can go fishing and dry-slope skiing nearby. Chester is a 50-minute drive away, and the edge of Snowdonia National Park is around 30 minutes away by car.

We feel a true passion for the peace and tranquillity of the Ffarm and the beauty of the Conwy valley in which it lies. The Ffarm is truly exceptional and captures the heart the moment you turn in to the drive - sort of love at first sight. The fantastic mountains of Snowdonia close by remind us of our high altitude adventures in our youth - we remember Mount Kenya and Cotopaxi fondly whenever we're walking in the Park now. We look forward to welcoming you to the Ffarm.
