This property is located in the centre of Harrogate opposite the theatre on Cheltenham Parade. Entrance round the back in Back Granville Road. The red door number 2 is the communal entrance for both flats. Number 1 is on the first floor and number 2 is on the second floor. Over the top of Fisherman's Wife, Harrogate’s finest fish restaurant. The communal entrance is with a number coded lock on the ground floor this provides access up the stairs for both flats. Both flats are newly fitted out to the highest standards. After every visit the rooms are cleaned, checked and all linen changed. All the doors are secured by number coded locks for maximum security and convenience. You will be issued with the relevant numbers before your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay. Each property comes with a TV connected. The internet is the maximum available in this street and is free to guests. Each property is ideally laid out for 6 people to stay for as long as required. The kitchen is newly fitted for a family or a group to cater for themselves by cooking a full meal if required. Microwave provided for quick meals. As each flat can sleep 6 people a group of 12 taking the 2 flats would be a lot of fun for a group. (With 2 using a sofa bed in each flat it is possible to accommodate a total of 12 people). A single car park is available free outside the red door of the flat. One spot for each flat. If you need more parking than that it is available in the 2 NCP's Jubilee and Victoria on each side of town and an easy walk. The heating thermostat is in the lounge please use as required. Great family accommodation for a short stay. You are staying in the central Harrogate.
