Marine Court Second-floor Apartment 35 consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a living/dining room with TV and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double, two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture. Note: There is a workshop and rehab wing. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times.
