The property is a self contained 3rd floor flat in an architectural award winning new eco building just 100m from the beach in Edinburgh's popular seaside district of Portobello. The property contains a living/dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. There are views to the sea and the East Lothian coastline from the flat.
We live in the same building. John is the building's architect and Jenny a garden designer. We'll do our best to make your stay here an enjoyable one.
Portobello was listed in the Sunday Times "Best Places to live in the UK" in 2023. The beach and promenade are great places to spend a sunny day, and both promenade and High Street are home to lots of cool independant retailers, cafes and restaurants. Edinburgh city centre is around 20 minutes away by bus (every 10 mins during the day) or bicycle.
