Florence Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen featuring an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, kettle and toaster, a dining area for two, and a sitting area with a TV. The single-storey property offers one double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, a shared rear garden with a lawn, and a shared front gravelled garden with a bench. Ample shared off-road parking is available. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub, and within 0.9 miles, a lake. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
