The property is less than a 15-minute walk from The University of Edinburgh, with easy access to the city centre, shops, dining, and transport links. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ✅ We will be meeting you to check you in, so it's important that you let us know your Check-in Time as soon as possible. Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm, there will be additional charges. Late arrivals without prior notice may not be accommodated. ✅ For bookings with checkin from Jan 1st - Jun 30th and Sept 1st - Dec 31st: We can only accept students. After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal. Failure to submit a student ID can result in cancellation as per our cancellation policy ✅ For bookings with checkin between Jul 1st - Aug 31st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes. ✅ Please note that Wi-Fi is currently not available at the property. ✅ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys. ✅ Please note that we only provide a basic crockery set per guest (including a plate, bowl, mug, glass, and cutlery). Consumables such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar and other cooking essentials are not included. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
