This first floor apartment is fitted out with new furniture and beds in July 2022. The lounge diner features two leather reclining sofas, flat screen TV, an extendable dining table and chairs for four. This room has a lovely character fire place and sash windows that look out on to Fore Street. For those cold winter nights there is central heating throughout and underfloor heating in the kitchen. A spacious bathroom and spacious galley kitchen along with ample storage will ensure your stay is very comfortable.

I am an international truffle merchant supplying restaurants around the UK since 2010. I love travel and my business takes me around the world. I offer an accommodation experience that I myself would be happy to stay in. I love the central location of this apartment with shops, restaurants, bars, park and entertainment all within close walking distance.

Bodmin is beautiful and steeped in history. Walk out of the apartment on to Fore Street and you have everything on your doorstep. Bakeries, fruit and veg shop, local butcher, and a fish monger and a variety of restaurants and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. The local cinema is less than two minutes walk away. Discover the countryside on the Bodmin steam railway 4 minutes walk away. Also in the area is the famous Bodmin jail tourist attraction. Cycle hire is close by to explore Bodmin Moor. The Camel Trail is perfect for both walkers and cyclists. Beaches are only 15 minutes drive away to the south or 20 minutes away to the north. Bodmin is centrally located for both North and South Cornwall. There is so much to do!
