The apartment is on the first floor of a period building, has a fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom and ONE allocated off street car parking space.The apartment is furnished to a high tasteful standard with solid oak furniture. The sitting/dining room has a large corner sofa, dining table and chairs for 5 people, coffee tables and lamps, TV cabinet, TV and a DVD player. Bedroom one has a double bed with a good quality pocket sprung mattress, two bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and DVD player. Bedroom two has two single beds plus a pull out bed with a single mattress, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. The pull out bed has sprung legs so it can be lifted up to the same height as the single bed. Both bedrooms have table lamps and wall mirrors. Perfect for families and Weymouth has a beautiful golden sand beach, the seafront is just a 3 minute walk. There is a free travel cot provided, but guest will need to provide their own linen for use of the cot. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
