Cairn Bridge House sits on the main link road (GANNEL ROAD) into Newquay and overlooks The Gannel Estuary. The property has a private drive with parking for many cars with electric gates and sits on around a 1/4 acre site. The entrance to the property is right next to the traffic light (please use as a reference).

Wayne is a logistics and supply chain professional and Sandy is a specialist community care worker. We have two cheeky young children and a cat.

Newquay has several beaches including the world renowned Fistral Beach. We overlook the Gannel Estuary with ever changing scenery. We are a short walk away from town which has lots of restaurants.
