Gorgeous modern recently renovated basement apartment. We designed and built this basement apartment in 2020. The whole apartment is exclusively yours. We live in the house above with our young child and are happy to assist your group if needed. Sleeps up to 4 in 2 double beds. Children are welcome however we have there is a flight of stairs to access the apartment. The stairs to access the apartment are not suitable for people with restricted mobility or some elderly people. We apologize in advance for this. Visitors only allowed by prior arrangement. IMPORTANT: Unless implicitly agreed prior to arrival the person who makes the booking must check in.
We shall welcome you if required and help you make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We can provide recommendations for eating out and places to visit.
The Uplands area of Swansea is locally known as the 'Notting Hill of Wales' and was voted one of hippest place in the UK There is an abundance of trendy bars, shops, cafes within a 7 minute walk. The area is safe with low levels of crime and safe on street parking. Swansea city centre is approximately 30 minutes walk. The beach at Swansea Bay is a 15-20 minute walk. We are located close to Swansea University and Singleton Hospital. The Gower with it's wonderful beaches is a short drive There are a number of local buses serving both the city centre and the Gower. We are a 8 minute drive from the train and bus stations and a 15 minute drive to the M4 motorway
