Company info

We (Amy and John) love running Geckos Rest. However on a quiet afternoon you may find us walking or running along the coastal paths, surfing at Great Western or Fistral beach. Amy also enjoys martial arts currently trains Judo and Brazilian Jujitsu.

Enjoy exploring Cornwall from Geckos Rest bed and breakfast in Newquay. Geckos Rest over looks Newquay town and many rooms also enjoy sea views. It is a Victorian style town house, all the rooms are en-suite, we offer free wifi. For breakfast we offer a traditional fry up, as well as more healthy options. Free parking is available (please reserve at the time of booking) as well as electric vehicle chargers. Geckos Rest has been awarded 4 star gold by the AA. We look forward to welcoming you.

Newquay is a wonderful town, offering coastal walks, surfing and sandy beaches. Geckos Rest is in walking distance of the town and beaches. The town has many varied restaurants and an interesting high street including gift, surf, pasty and cake shops to name a few.
