Stunning location, well appointed house suitable for mixed families. parking for 4 cars +, close to Morfa Mawddach railway station, Barmouth Bridge, Fairbourne Spacious kitchen/diner with woodburner Seperate lounge with woodburner Downstairs bedroom with single bed & sofa bed and downstairs shower/WC room Seperate downstairs WC Linen & towels supplied Well behaved dogs by arrangement, MUST BE KEPT DOWNSTAIRS at all times. Garden is enclosed but not totally with a few small gaps in hedges etc...
We have owned the house since 2003, our 4 children all grew up here but we sadly had to move away. After a period of renovations in 2024 the house is now available for stays of 3 nights or longer.
Amazing area, walks, beaches, climbing, biking, food, golf, fishing the list is ENDLESS!!!!!
