Glenshee Glamping is a family business that provides 5-star, year-round glamping and camping with stunning panoramic views over the Scottish Cairngorm Mountains. Choose from luxurious Bell Tents, authentic Shepherds Huts, couples and family Glamping Pods and cabins and even a 1940's converted railway Goods Wagon - all with comfy double beds, relaxed and homely interiors and heating for chilly Scottish evenings. Let your children’s imagination run wild in the safety of our natural play area. Meet our animals, from friendly llamas to playful goats, mischievous donkeys and charming pet sheep - there is plenty of wildlife around! Spend the day soaking up the breath-taking views from one of our authentic wood-fired hot tubs, or for the adventurous, hone your archery skills with our instructor led tuition. In the evening, relax under the blanket of stars whilst toasting marshmallows around the campfire. Nestled in the tranquil natural beauty of the Highland Perthshire countryside with amazing mountain views, our Glamping Pods, Shepherds Huts, Cabins and Bell Tent provide the ideal space to switch off and get back to nature. You also get access to our fully equipped shared kitchen and diner with shelf and fridge space to store your food. Complete with gas stoves, microwave, fridge freezer, pots and pans, plates and crockery you really don't need to bring anything with you other than your food and drink. Outside the accommodation there are picnic benches and firepits for keeping warm and toasting marshmallows whilst stargazing at at the amazing night sky. Firewood is available from us, we kindly ask you only burn wood purchased on site HOT TUBS - Are available but not included as standard - Please contact us to add to your booking. For that something extra special, you can always choose to hire one of our wood fired Swedish hot tubs for the evening, they can be placed just outside your glamping pod. Or why not choose our large wood fired hot tub that sits on it's own private decked area, a real family favourite! Our fully insulated glamping pods have a cosy double bed, duvet and 4 pillows, in the family pods there are also 2 single futons providing comfortable seating and beds if required, plus 2 pillows. Bed Lin & Towels are extra Fresh cotton bed linen and towel bundles are available for an additional charge or you can simply bring your own with you. Please contact us to add bed linen or towels to your booking. Soft fleece blankets are also provided for those evenings that turn chilly but the view is too relaxing to move away from. Dog Friendly We welcome well behaved dogs in all accommodation except the Bell Tent. Please contact us to add to your booking. Amazing walks, trails, hikes and bike rides are right on the doorstep. You can even go skiing in the winter and come back for a relaxing hot tub in the snow! Immerse yourself in Scottish tradition by visiting the local highland games and take in attractions like Scone Palace and Balmoral castle. Glenshee Ski Centre is just a 20 minute drive away and the chair lift even runs in the summer so you can easily get to the top of the mountains where the views really are breath-taking!
